Read case studies from across Europe sharing different approaches to adapting and developing a relevant and resilient business model.
The case studies include:
- A networked approach at Amsterdam-based company New Heroes
- A model to build both artistic and social impact at Le Plus Petit Cirque du Monde, a creative initiative from Bagneux, France
- Building a Commons at L’Asilo in Naples, Italy, developing an underutilised space as a treasure that can generate value and revenue for the whole of society
- Developing a more sustainable model at Bratislava-based cultural centre, Nadacia Cvernovka
Read the case studies on the Creative Lenses website.
I was commissioned by Trans Europe Halles, a European-based network of cultural centres initiated by citizens and artists, to capture the range of case studies, alongside fellow consultant Ellen O’Hara.
They’re being shared as part of Creative Lenses, a four-year project (2015-2019) that seeks to make arts and cultural organisations more resilient and sustainable by improving their business models and developing their long-term strategic and innovation capacities.
