Working with a diverse mix of organisations across the arts, heritage and cultural sector, I support leaders and teams to devise strategies to achieve their ambitions.
I offer bespoke support for individuals (as a mentor, critical friend, trainer etc.), for teams (through training or facilitation), and for organisations (running development programmes or carrying out consultancy projects).
Prior to becoming a consultant, I had the honour of being Executive Director of the AMA for over 11 years enabling arts professionals across the UK and beyond to reach and engage more audiences, visitors and participants. During my time as director, AMA membership, turnover and staff all trebled in size.
I devised, developed and remain a core trainer on the Future Proof Museums programme; led AMA retreats: strategic marketing planning and leadership residentials; and launched cultural sector academies focused on innovation and experimentation. I left the AMA on a high at the end of 2016 to work closer with arts and cultural organisations as a consultant.
