I facilitate online team training, idea generation and coaching. Working together with individual leaders and their teams, I help people explore their future ambition, devise a new strategy, or take an existing plan to a new level.
This might be:
- an online workshop or series of workshops to create a compelling audience strategy,
- online coaching for leaders and / or small teams to help you review your current practice and to inspire new ideas, or improve the effectiveness and impact of your work,
- a board retreat exploring your future plans and reimagining how you can have a greater impact in line with your vision,
- campaign planning sessions to help you plan for growth e.g. to reach more visitors for an upcoming exhibition, or audiences for a production or season of work, to build a group of participants for workshops or community engagement projects, engage people with your anniversary, grow members, expand your email sign ups, build merchandise / shop purchases etc.,
- senior management planning and idea generation to explore how to adapt and evolve to remain relevant in todays ever-changing world,
- a ‘hot house’ day/s to help the team work collaboratively on a new project, developing and shaping ideas, and planning next steps, etc.
