Thank you for your interest in the Content Strategy Club.
Payment
- All participant places must be paid for within one week of the group programme starting or within the standard 30-day terms, whichever is soonest after your booking.
- Please note that failure to pay within these terms will mean that your inclusion in the programme will be suspended until the payment is received and may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations and refunds
- A 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase applies to this booking. Should you wish to cancel you must inform Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. of your decision to cancel by a clear statement using the contact details provided.
- Participants will not receive any refund or credit of monies paid if you fail to attend the programme for any reason without cancelling in advance, in line with the terms above.
- After 14 days, a no refund policy shall apply to the programme. Should you choose not to continue to the end for any reason full payment will still be required.
- Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule individual module/s or to cancel the programme. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you would be provided with a full refund.
Transferring a booking
- Bookings can be transferred to another person within the same organisation prior to the programme starting.
- Participant places are not interchangeable over the duration of the programme i.e. participant places cannot be shared between individuals for different modules.
Your details / Privacy Policy
- Your privacy and personal information are important. Any personal information that you provide will be dealt with in line with the Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information is collected from you, how and why such information is collected, stored, used and shared, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
- Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. will use your name and email address to send you announcements and updates about the programme to ensure you have all the information you need to fully benefit from everything included. These emails will come directly from Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd.
- A participant list for the programme may be shared with other participants prior to, or during, the programme, to support with networking. This may include name, job title, and organisation name, but will not include any contact details.
- A participant list for the programme may be shared in marketing and communications about the programme and future cohorts. This may include sharing organisation names. Your personal name and contact details will not be shared without seeking your prior permission.
- Case studies from the programme may be produced. Permission to share examples and ideas contributed from participants will always be sought before sharing.
What’s included in your booking?
- Your booking for the Content Strategy Club provides access to all the live training modules for the programme. All sessions will be online.
- You will be advised of the times and dates of all group sessions in advance. In the unlikely event that we are required to change the date or time of any session you will be notified via the contact email address.
- Your booking includes access to the Content Strategy Club learning portal with videos from the training / presentation elements of the programme. A video from each module will be added to the portal shortly following the live session.
- There may also be additional learning resources held in the portal alongside some module/s.
- You will have access to the materials for six months following your booking.
- If you have also booked for one-to-one coaching, you will be responsible for booking in your call/s using the link emailed to you. It’s recommended that you do this straight away to avoid missing out on the date / time that you’d prefer.
- If you are unable to find a date / time that works for you, you have up to 14 days to let me know to receive a refund on your coaching session in line with the cancellation terms noted above.
- You may reschedule or cancel the date / time of your coaching session to one of the other available time slots up to one hour before the start of your call. Please try to provide as much advance notice as possible.
- If you are late for your coaching session by more than 10 minutes you will forfeit your call.
- Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. will make every effort to deliver the programme and timetable as described but reserves the right to make any necessary changes and will notify participants accordingly.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. retains all ownership rights to the materials provided to you through your participation in the programme.
- Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. reserves all rights, title, and ownership of all materials which are provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license.
- You are not authorised to share, copy, distribute, or disseminate any materials received electronically or otherwise without prior written consent.
- All intellectual property, including the programme materials, workbooks or any other content shall remain the property of Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd., and you will not obtain any rights of ownership or other rights (of whatever nature) in the digital or other content or in any copies of it.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the course materials are for sole use of the participant for personal use. The material cannot be used to teach others the methods learned within the programme.
Confidentiality and interaction with other participants
- You agree to keep any content, information and discussions shared by fellow participants confidential.
- You agree to be respectful of others on the programme, of different opinions, different viewpoints, and experiences.
- Use of offensive or inflammatory language, or the sharing of offensive or inflammatory content, will not be tolerated, and Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to remove anyone from the programme who is not being respectful of others. This also extends to treatment of any speakers, hosts or guest contributors.
- You agree not to promote or advertise your products or services to any participant, host or guest on the programme, without express consent from Julie Aldridge Consulting Ltd.
