‘We’ve been working with Julie over the last few months to develop a digital strategy and expand our online and onsite audiences.
It’s been a really dynamic process in doing a deep dive into data to assess our current position; working with the communications and wider programme team to test out how we might adapt content to appeal to different audience groups; and developing a strategy with actions that we can work towards.
New structures of gathering ideas and refining campaigns have been particularly helpful and having clarity on how creating content to appeal to different target audiences helps achieve our goals has widened internal conversations.
